Depending on how much help you need, you choose the package that is better for you. If you only need a few hours during the month, the Project Package would probably save you money, but if your need is for more services or more hours, save money with our Retainer Package.
Project Package
With this package, you pay by the hour for various services. There is a minimum 1-hour charge. After that, billing occurs in 15 minute increments.
Word processing
Spreadsheets including charts and graphics
Database management including creating, maintaining and running report
PowerPoint presentations including charts and graphics
Telephoning from your script
Internet research
Monthly Retainer Package
Retainer fees are based on a minimum three-month commitment. A one-month deposit and a signed contract is required. Up to 2 unused hours will be carried over to the next month if not used. Monthly late fees of $10 or 1.75%, whichever is greater, will be assessed on unpaid balances after 30 days. A 20-day written notice of cancellation is required for Retainer Packages.
10, 15, 20 hrs or more are available upon request.
Customer Rewards
Packages.Would you like to reward your customers for shopping or referring friends? With a Customer Rewards box and personalized registration slips, you're on your way. I will send monthly emails to your customers with your coupons or discounts. All this for $49 a month.
If you are local and I can hand deliver the box and slips to you, I'm offering 30-days free trial.
Payments
We accept check, or money order and coming soon secure payment with Visa or Mastercard through PayPal. There is a $30.00 returned check fee. Prices are subject to change without notice.
